- What should I do if I forgot my username/password?

Click on the link “I forgot my account password or username” and we will send you the information to the e-mail address provided when your account was created.

Is it possible to modify a job offer?

Yes! Once in your account, access your job offers and then click on “Modify Job Offer”.  You can modify the contact information related to your job offer.

You can modify the administrative information for your job offer, but not the duration nor the job category.

How may I know if my ad has been viewed?

Any ad posted on Dynamo benefits from being automatically sent in the “Job Alert” emails to our candidates. We also post the job offers on our Facebook page. There is an increasingly large number of candidates who consult Dynamo and certain resources are more difficult to reach than others, so we suggest you post your ads as soon as possible to increase your chances of success!

Can I still benefit from this service if I am not from Quebec?

Absolutely!

If you are offering jobs outside of Quebec, Canada, you must only make sure to specify if candidates need to meet any specific administrative requirements. But do not hesitate to post your ad, because Dynamo is designed to help you find the people you are looking for, whether they are facilitators or coaches for your vacation and recreation centres.

Candidates: What is the purpose of the Job Alert? 

The Job Alert is a service that allows you to receive job offers corresponding to your profile as soon as these offers are posted on Dynamo. Since it’s first come first serve, job alerts allow you to act quickly! So sign up now, keep an eye on your e-mail inbox and do not forget to add Dynamo to your safe senders list to make sure the offer for your dream job does not end up in your junk mail!

How do I sign up to receive job offers?

All you need to do is fill out the “Job Alert” questionnaire. You may also want to check out the question “What is the purpose of the Job Alert”.

How do I unsubscribe from the Job Alert?

Simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the last job alert e-mail you received.

How do I know if my resume and cover letter were successfully sent?

For each job application submitted, Dynamo will send you a message in your inbox confirming that your application was successfully sent.

How do I sign up for training?

Check in the “Training” section to see if any sessions are available. If so, you can directly contact the person in charge of the training offer. Dynamo provides the information regarding training sessions but cannot be held responsible for their availability or organization

Yes! You will however need to contact the employer to make sure that you have the official documents required to fill the position
