READY FOR A BIT OF PRACTICE ? HERE IS A SAMPLE OF TYPICAL QUESTIONS:

  • What are your strengths? Your weaknesses?
  • What kind of tasks do you think you will need to perform for the job?
  • Why would you like to work here?
  • Why should you be chosen instead of another candidate?
  • Do you like teamwork?
  • How well do you work under pressure?
  • How would others describe you?
  • What is your availability?
  • Do you have any questions?

MAKE SURE TO LEAVE A GOOD IMPRESSION AND BE DYNAMIC:

  • Arrive on time
  • Do no sit before the employer or wait until you are told to take a seat
  • Be cheerful, polite, sincere
  • Listen attentively
  • Introduce yourself with a firm handshake
  • Be enthusiastic and confident
  • Have a copy of your resume
  • Provide a copy of your references
  • Wear appropriate attire
  • Use a good vocabulary
  • Maintain good posture
  • Maintain eye contact with the employer
  • If you do not understand or are unsure of something, let it be known and ask for an explanation
  • Thank the employer
  • Turn off your cellphone
  • Do not wear sunglasses
  • Do not forget to get rid of your gum!
